RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSTITUTIONS SEEKING FOR AFFILIATION:

Responsibilities of Institution

• The institution shall be responsible for the transportation, accommodation, feeding and daily working allowance of members of the Affiliation Preliminary Discussion Team and Resource Inspection Team as approved by the IJMB Governing Board.


• A non-refundable Administrative Handling Fee of Three hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N350,000.00), payable to the IJMB, and which shall be paid before the Resource Inspection Visit.


• During the examination period, for any given year, the institution is responsible for accommodating and feeding the members of the Examination Supervisory Team.


• The institution shall also provide a functional vehicle for the purpose of the Examination Supervisory Team’s movement from the institution to the Examination Paper Custodian Bank throughout the examination period.


• Institutions affiliated to IJMB shall pay an Annual Affiliation Fee (effective 2012) of Three hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N350,000.00) and an Annual Registration Fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N2,500.00) per subject. All fees are subject to periodic review by the Board.
