MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Memorandum of Understanding

An institution affiliated to the IJMB shall be required to sign a formal agreement with the IJMB Governing Board expressing its determination and desire to faithfully implement the conditions of its affiliation as enumerated above and to do all in its power to ensure the maintenance of the standards set out in the affiliation guideline.

Formal Process for De-Affiliation

• An institution seeking to de-affiliate shall give one academic year notice to the IJMB Governing Board for such intention.


• An institution may be de-affiliate for poor academic performance, gross massive and persistent examination irregularities, and other practices considered inimical to the image and integrity of the Board and IJMBE.
